Disclaimer for The Girls’ Club Events:

By attending events hosted by The Girls’ Club, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Personal Responsibility: All attendees are responsible for their own behaviour, actions, and decisions during The Girls’ Club events. This includes interactions with others and engagement in event activities.

  • Alcohol and Drug Use: If alcohol is served or consumed at any event, participants are expected to drink responsibly. The Girls’ Club has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use. Attendees who engage in illegal drug use will be asked to leave the event, and The Girls’ Club will not be held responsible for any consequences related to alcohol or drug use.

  • Health & Safety: Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk. The Girls’ Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during events.

  • Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The Girls’ Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Respectful Conduct: The Girls’ Club promotes an inclusive and respectful environment. Any inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: If you are unable to attend a pre-paid event, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. This is to ensure fairness to event organisers and to cover costs already incurred.

    By attending The Girls’ Club events, you agree to these terms and release The Girls’ Club, its organisers, and partners from any liability or claims arising from your participation.
